Some feel that it’s best to work together one on one, while others prefer to work as a group.  My vision is to create a safe environment where you can relax, take an honest look at where you are now, and where you want to be. Working whichever way is right for you.

COACHING

Having a life coach is like having a personal trainer for your life! As your coach, I will observe the current state of how you approach challenges, ask you about your goals and come up with a personalized plan to get you to where you want to be.

I use questions, exercises, and my education and experience to see where you might be spending your energy, yet are not getting the results you want.

As a personal trainer is different from a doctor, a life coach is different from a therapist. Coaching focuses on your future and getting you strong enough to get where you want to be!

Let's get away from the hustle and bustle of the city and get out into Nature! Something powerful happens when you decide to leave your daily life behind and dedicate your time to your own personal development.

Connect with a small group of like-minded people, explore the great outdoors and take time to relax. Devote some time to focus on what you really want.

ADVENTURES

I love gathering together and sharing my learnings with like minded individuals. In these events I host short talks and run fun activities, where we learn and share together. We discuss different topics and learn how to apply the teachings we’ve experienced to our real lives. The atmosphere is laid back, supportive and refreshing.

This is a great way to gain more clarity about your “next step” and to get some practical information on how you can feel better right now about where you are going, while building a community of support around you!
